Donation Request Policy
Eligibility
We provide ticket donations to qualifying nonprofit organizations within New York State. We also support local chapters of national or regional organizations—such as the American Cancer Society or American Red Cross—when their fundraising efforts directly benefit our surrounding community.
We prioritize organizations whose work enhances the health and well‑being of our community, including those advancing medical research or providing services for people with emotional or physical disabilities.
Special Event Considerations
Post-Graduation / Prom Party requests are accepted on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Availability is extremely limited.
What We Donate
Most qualifying organizations receive:
Two Complimentary Day Tickets
Additional tickets may be considered based on the size or specific needs of the organization.
Submission Requirements
Submit requests:
- At least 1 month before the event, or
- At least 2 months before events scheduled between May and August
Due to high demand, not all requests can be approved.
Requests Outside Our Donation Program
While we strive to support as many community efforts as possible, some requests fall outside the scope of our donation program. These include equipment purchases, school‑related fundraising, building or operational needs, community festivals, personal benefit events, staff or volunteer incentives, lodging requests for Water’s Edge Inn or Old Forge Camping Resort, and Season Passes.
